Abstract

The invention relates to a limb fracture repositor which comprises a stretching guide rod and a half-ring shaped needle bed track that is axially opened with a ring-shaped continuous manger along a ring-shaped circumferential end surface. The stretching guide rod is formed by connecting a plurality of sub guide rods by a coupling sleeve. An arc rack is embedded in the ring-shaped continuous manger. A needle bed positioning gear which is meshed with the arc rack is arranged in the ring-shaped continuous manger and is connected with an arc needle bed that is buckled on the half-ring shaped needle bed track. The arc needle bed is fixedly and radially connected with a cylindrical outer casing. A lifting pull rod is arranged in the cylindrical outer casing, the upper end of which is equipped with a lifting knob. The lower end of the lifting pull rod is equipped with a needle clipping device. The limb fracture repositor realizes the circumferential, axial and radial flexible adjustment of a fixed needle on a catagmatic limb, substitutes the treatment function of the manual reposition, has the advantages of precise reposition, being easy to master strength and convenient to adjust slimly and avoids the defects of the manual reposition.
