Abstract

The invention relates to a test device of vapor permeability of simulated skin, comprising simulated skin and a water thermal device. The simulated skin (4) is hermetically fixed on a metal disk (3) through a right hoop (5), the gap between the metal disk (3) and the simulated skin (4) is filled with water, which is inputted from a water pipe with a height of 2.5 m communicated therewith, a heating resistor filament (7) is arranged in the pedestal of the metal disk (3), the pedestal is surrounded by a thermal-insulation material (8), a temperature sensor (6) is arranged on the edge of one sideof the metal disk (3) and is connected with the input terminal of a test control system at the output terminal thereof, the output terminal of the test control system is connected with the heating resistor filament (7), and the surface temperature of the simulated skin (4) is measured by an IR temperature measurer (9). By adopting the sweating manner based on the passive sweating principle, the invention can accurately measure vapor permeability of the simulated skin under different water pressures and at different temperatures, thus providing a more scientific and more accurate test method.Meanwhile, the system may also be used as an independent sweating source for the vapor permeability measurement system of relevant textile and clothes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of clothing heat and humidity comfort testing, and in particular relates to a device and method for testing the moisture permeability of simulated skin under different water pressures and different temperatures. Background technique [0002] In the moisture permeability tester of various sweating mannequins or clothing fabrics for testing the moisture permeability of clothing, a sweat source that simulates sweating of the human body is required-"sweating" simulated skin. The earliest sweating thermal manikin is to put a close-fitting high moisture-absorbing cotton fabric on the dry thermal manikin, and spray water with a water jet to simulate sweating of the skin (references: Ralpy F.GoldmanThermal Manikins, Their Origins and Role , Thermal Manikins and Modeling, PloyUHongKong, 2006: 3-18). After the 1980s, the development of thermal manikin is based on the water supply system passing water into the simulat...
