The disclosed system synthesizing dialog stations in tandem exchange comprises: a tandem exchange switch device relaying an end-office switch device by 7-type signaling, a dialog station client, and a dialog station system, wherein the end-office switch device takes semi-fix connection to user circuit toward client and relay circuit toward the tandem exchange; the dialog client interacts with dialog station system by circuit or IP channel; when using 2B+D connection type, one controls B channel to transmit interactive and charge message between dialog station and iMS, and one loads B channel for dialog speech.
