Abstract

The invention discloses a soft adjustable anti-crawling pile device of railway with steep slope for railway transportation of deep open-pit mine, comprising vertical piles (4) constituted by two steel rails, beam (1) constituted by a steel rail and rubber wedge oblique pad wedging between the beam (1) and cement pillow / wood pillow (3). The invention is suitable for the railway with steep slope, of which the slope is 40per mill -50per mill . It is provided with simple structure, convenience installation and good anti-crawling performance. In using, the space between anti-crawling pile and track panel is adjusted automatically by gravity to combine the anti-crawling pile and the track panel tightly so as to prevent the crawling effect of rail ladder. At the same time soft material is used to prolong the service life and decrease the maintenance workload.
