Embodiment Construction

[0055] Figure 1 shows a block diagram 105 of a cell and technology that supports simultaneous and different concurrent interference transmission parameters, in which the wireless access point 109 adjusts the coding mode and frame parameters for concurrent interference transmission and reception based on changing channel conditions. In particular, the wireless access point 109 periodically evaluates the channel state based on various factors such as the performance of the wireless terminal device, the quality of service requirements, the pre-allocated bandwidth usage, the idle state, and the noise and interference in the cell. Next, the wireless access point 109 adjusts the coding method for forming concurrent interference transmission and corresponding frame parameters. In fact, the wireless access point 109 uses one of multiple possible modes obtained from various concurrent interference transmission coding methods, and further divides each mode based on frame parameters.

Abstract

A wireless network infrastructure that adapts encoding approach and frame parameters of concurrent interfering transmission and receptions in response to dynamically varying channel conditions. The channel conditions are determined by number of associated wireless end point devices within a cell, their capabilities, anticipated bandwidth usage, QOS (Quality Of Service) demands, priority of service and idle states, cell overlap interferences, near-far interferences, and noises. The wireless network infrastructure consists of an access point that is adapted to receive and transmit concurrent interfering transmissions utilizing a plurality of encoding approach and frame parameters. In addition, the wireless network infrastructure consists of a plurality of end point devices that are adapted to transmit and receive using concurrent interfering transmissions with one or more of the plurality of encoding approach and frame parameters.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to wireless communication, and more particularly to wireless access points used in packet switching networks. Background technique [0002] Wireless access points can provide wireless routing services to multiple mobile wireless terminal devices and are widely used in public and personal fields. A typical use of wireless access points includes providing Internet or intranet routing services to laptop users in public places such as workshops, hotels, or airports. Generally, wireless access points provide wireless terminal devices with connections to the backbone network in a wireless manner. Wireless access points can also provide wireless access to the Internet in private places such as homes. [0003] Often in public places, multiple wireless access points are bridged together to provide greater coverage. The realization of communication between the wireless access point and the terminal wireless device is based on predefined ...
