Method for predicting differentiation ability of rubber tree secondary milk tube in seedling stage

A rubber tree, secondary technology, applied in forestry, application, agriculture, etc., can solve the problems that the number of secondary milk duct columns cannot be displayed, predict the differentiation ability of secondary milk ducts, and can not be found, so as to achieve a good secondary milk duct differentiation ability Effect

Problems solved by technology

However, due to the stage and organ specificity of secondary laticiferous development, there are no secondary laticiferous ducts in the newly sprouted strips of rubber trees, and the difference in the number of secondary laticiferous columns cannot be shown in 2-3 age young trees (Zhou Zhongyu. Abroad Research overview on early prediction methods of Hevea brasiliensis yield. Tropical Agricultural Science, 1993, No. 2, 77-83), so a method to predict the differentiation ability of secondary laticiferous ducts at the seedling stage has not been found

Embodiment Construction

[0010] Below in conjunction with embodiment the present invention is further described.

[0011] 1. Materials: In October of each year, the rubber tree germplasm preserved in the nursery is sawed to make the stump germinate branches, that is, sprouts, and the new sprouts with 3 elongation units are used as materials;

[0012] 2. Processing season: May of each year;

[0013] 3. Treatment part: the stem of the first elongated unit of the shoot with scale leaves;

[0014] 4. The phenological period of sprouts: the leaves of the first elongation unit are mature, and the terminal buds are in an inactive state;

[0015] 5. Weather conditions: sunny.

[0016] The mechanical injury method is to use a single-sided or double-sided blade to scrape off the epidermis and part of the cortex, and the scratched surface is directly exposed to the air for 6 hours.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for predicting the differentiation capacity of the secondary milk vessels of rubber plants in a seedling stage which is characterized in following aspects: a) in October and November every year, sawing the branches of the rubber plant seeds that are stored in a seedling nursery, leading residue stumps to sprout branches which are stump shoots, and selecting the newborn stump shoots with 3 to 5 stretch units as the material; b) mechanically injuring a stem which lies in the first stretch unit of the stump shoot and has scale leaves; c) the mechanical injury processing is implemented in the season between March - July, and the processing day is sunny; d) the stump shoot biotemperature is the time when the leaves of the first stretch unit grow ripe and terminal bud lies in an inactive state. The mechanical injury method uses a single-side or double-side knife for scraping the epidermis and part of the cortical layers, and the scraped surfaces are directly exposed in air for 2 to 10 hours. The invention has the advantages that the invention well predicts the differentiation capacity of secondary milk vessels of Amazon wild species and Wickham species in the seedling stage.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a method for predicting the differentiation ability of secondary laticiferous ducts of rubber trees at the seedling stage. Background technique [0002] Hevea brasiliensis is a highly heterozygous woody economic crop with cross-pollination. The traditional cross-breeding cycle is long. It usually takes 30 years from the beginning of artificial pollination to the selection of a variety for large-scale promotion and planting in production. Also need to consume a lot of land and labor (Venkatachal am P.Priya P.Amma, C.K.S.Thulaseedharan, A.Identification, cloning and sequence analysis of a dwarf genome-specific RAPD marker in rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis Muell.Arg.Plant Cell Rep.2004, 23, 327-332.). In order to shorten the breeding period, improve the efficiency of selection, and reduce the waste of land, manpower, and material resources, all rubber planting countries in the world have attached great importance to the research ...
