AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows creators to treat their fabrics before they start making it stronger by adding an oil-based solution or other chemicals that help keep water from sticking out on its surface during processing. By doing this, these fabric products have improved resistance against static electricity without losing any functionality after being plated onto them. Additionally, there are ways to enhance antiwear properties while still maintaining good electrical conductivity when used in frictionless environments such as automobiles. Overall, this process makes manufacturing more efficient and effective than traditional methods like copper deposition.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by this patents relates to improving the properties of electrically charged fibers (ESF) made from them when placed over surfaces like clothes without generating unwanted charges called static charge. These ESF have been developed into different forms including yarn, woven materials, knit items, molded articles, etc., but there were limitations in achieving good results because these methods resulted in accumulation of static charge within certain areas inside the material itself rather than being able to effectively dissipate any excessive static charge away.

Embodiment 1

[0050] Add 30g of aluminum isopropoxide hydrolyzate, 80g of organosiloxane emulsion, and 220g of nonionic dispersant into 670g of water, and mix to obtain electrodeposition treatment solution (1).

[0051] Wet 5g of polyester microfiber tow, introduce it into XJ-2002 double-speed double-drawing tow cutting machine, cut it into 0.8mm short pile, and immerse it in 2.51 polyester polyether block hydrophilic agent Hydrophilic treatment (50°C), stirring for 5 minutes. Add 150g of electrophoresis treatment agent (1), and treat at 50°C for 30 minutes. Dehydration, put into drying machine and dry at 100 ℃, obtain polyester microfiber fluff.

Embodiment 2

[0053] Add 50g of aluminum isopropoxide hydrolyzate, 60g of organosiloxane emulsion, and 200g of nonionic dispersant into 690g of water, and mix to obtain the electrodeposition treatment solution (2).

[0054] Wet 5g of polyester superfine fiber tow, import it into XJ-2002 double-speed double-drawing tow cutting machine, cut it into 1.0mm short pile, and immerse it in 51 polyester polyether block hydrophilic agent Hydrophilic treatment (45°C), stirring for 7 minutes. Add 500g of electrophoresis treatment agent (2), and treat at 70°C for 40 minutes. Dehydration, put into drying machine and dry at 100 ℃, obtain polyester microfiber fluff.

Embodiment 3

[0056] Add 40g of aluminum isopropoxide hydrolyzate, 100g of organosiloxane emulsion, and 250g of non-ionic dispersant into 600g of water, and mix to obtain the electrodeposition treatment solution (3).

[0057]Wet 5g of polyester superfine fiber tow, import it into XJ-2002 double-speed double-drawing tow cutting machine, cut it into 0.6mm short pile, and immerse it in 11 polyester polyether block hydrophilic agents Hydrophilic treatment (40°C), stirring for 3 minutes. Add 300g of electrophoresis treatment agent (3), and treat at 40°C for 20 minutes. Dehydration, put into drying machine and dry at 100 ℃, obtain polyester microfiber fluff.

Abstract

The invention relates to a flock, a flocking fabric with the fluff, a method of preparation and application of the same. The said flocking fabric includes a textile base cloth, a polyacrylate adhesive and a super-fine PET flock. The PET flock of invention is treated by hydrophilic agent, not only can get better hydrophilic effect to facilitate flocking, but also improve the flocking anti-static lasting effect, and increase the wearability of final product. The invention is successful in super-fine PET flock to flock, applies in the flocking field, exploits a new application field in the PET flock, and has extended a new idea in the flocking materials.
