Anaerobic digestion sludge is inoculated sludge, and the solid content is 12%-18%,mixing the mixture with the inoculated sludge according to the mass ratio of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) 1:2, and filling the mixture with nitrogen 3-5min; the reaction temperature was 37 DEG Cand the stirring speed was 150-160r/min, fermentation in anaerobic environment for 6-9d; the centrifuge was used to centrifuge the fermented mixture. The centrifuge speed was 15000r/min, and the supernatant after centrifugation was VFA fermentation broth. The process is simple in operation and low in economic cost, and has a good application prospect. The invention provides a new method for mushroom residue recycling disposal.
