Abstract

An assembled two-high rolling mill, which belongs to the field of two-high rolling mill technology, is used for overcoming the disadvantages of heavy and huge structure and small application range of prior two-high rolling mill. The scheme consists of a housing frame, an upper roller and a lower roller. After improvement, the housing frame is changed into an assembled frame consisting of an upper and a lower crossbeams and pillars, wherein an upper and a lower rotating discs are respectively arranged on the upper and the lower crossbeams; and the upper roller is hung on the upper rotating disc and the lower roller is arranged on the lower rotating disc to eliminate the disadvantage of huge and heavy structure of the integral cast iron housing frame, thus greatly facilitating the replacement of the upper and the lower rollers and the adjustment of the roller seam. The upper and the lower rollers can deflect opposite to each other through the rotation of the upper and the lower rotating discs to achieve rolling of a plurality of products, thus greatly enlarging the application range of the two-high rolling mill.
