By utilizing the GIS three-dimension technique to present the network topological structure based on the actual geological position information, the network topological structure presenting method and system based on GIS can show the distribution of various nodes and connection condition on the network more clearly, intuitively, and effectively compared with the existing network topology presenting technology.
