Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: pre-treating kitchen garbage by sorting to remove impurities and removing oil and fat and sodium chloride to obtain kitchen garbage with an oil and fat content of 1%-8% and a sodium chloride content of 0.1%-0.6%; laying the treated kitchen garbage in a disposal site, and broadcast-sowing earthworms with an earthworm density of 0.5kg / m<2> kitchen garbage; maintaining the temperature in the disposal site at 18 DEG C-25 DEG C and a relative humidity of 50%-75%; carrying out the simple compost of the earthworm cast cleaned out every day to obtain the vegetable nutritional soil; adding the kitchen garbage to the disposal site at a wet weight ratio of the earthworm cast to the kitchen garbage being equal to :(1.5-4) every day; taking out 80-90% earthworms after the earthworms begin to lay eggs in 80-85 days and the new hatched / propagated amount of the earthworm eggs is 9-10 times as that of the broadcast-sowing earthworms in 7-10 days; baking; pulverizing; and granulating to obtain the animal protein feed.
