A pixel defining layer is divided into two layers of structures, and upper surfaces of the two layers of structures both have lyophobicity; during subsequently spraying ink containing a light-emitting layer material by employing an ink printing process, the upper surfaces of the first pixel defining layer have lyophobicity, thus, ink drops are prevented from climbing a second pixel defining layer, the climbing height of the ink drops is reduced, and the formed light-emitting layer is relatively uniform in film thickness; a remaining part, except an upper surface, of the second pixel defining layer has lyophilicity, the ink drops containing the light-emitting layer material can be resided at one side,near to the light-emitting layer, of the second pixel defining layer, the upper surfaces of the first pixel defining layer has lyophobicity, thus, the light-emitting layer before drying and film formation is prevented from climbing, and the uniformity of a film layer interface is ensured; and meanwhile, a light-emitting film layer resided on a side wall of the second pixel defining layer is physically disconnected with the light-emitting layer, and the film layer resided on the side wall of the second pixel defining layer is enabled not to affect the light-emitting characteristic of the panel.
