signal when the image comparison result meets a preset condition and sending the alarming
signal to the communication module. The communication module is used for sending the alarming
signal in a wired and / or
wireless manner. The power supply module is used for providing
electricity for the
image acquisition device, the processing module and the communication module. According to the invention, technical problems of network
jams and considerable pressure for
imaging processing of a monitoring center caused by simultaneous transmission of hundreds of video images in an
