Abstract

The invention discloses a cap device for galvanizing, including: a stop plate located near top edge of barrel, wherein a suction gap, in groove shape with small height and big length, is disposed between the barrel and the stop plate; plural duct collection caps, each of which includes inlet located at the position to be effectively connected with the suction gap, the inlet in groove shape has big length and small height in horizontal direction with respect to the suction gap; branch pipes connected to each of the dust collection cap; and main pipeline integrally connected to each branch pipe. The stop plate is applied to preventing smoke generated in the barrel from diffusing and making the inlet of the dust collection cap absorb the smoke under strong suction pressure. The dust collection cap, the branch pipe and the main pipeline are disposed below worktable around the barrel, workers work around the barrel after climbing the worktable. The structure of the dust collection cap enhances function for discharging smoke, through which it achieves easier manual operation required by galvanizing process, improves work environment and enhances work efficiency.
