Abstract

The invention provides a device and a method for performing SEER measurement based on a common enthalpy-difference chamber. The device comprises the common enthalpy-difference chamber and two sets of identical air conditioner units arranged in the enthalpy-difference chamber for achieving the aim of the invention, wherein one set of the air conditioner unit is a tested air conditioner unit, while the other set is a stable unit with discontinuous working condition. An indoor set of the tested air conditioner unit is connected with an air-quantity measuring device through an air outlet pipe, an air outlet thermocouple grating and a return air thermocouple grating are arranged on the air outlet side and the return air side of the indoor set respectively, and a control device is used for realizing the starting and the stopping of the two sets of the air conditioner units and a frequency-changing fan. The device and the method can perform a discontinuous refrigeration test in the common enthalpy-difference chamber; and data of the discontinuous refrigeration air outlet and the return air temperature obtained by the thermocouple gratings and data of stable state B and C working condition tests are convenient to calculate the SEER. The technical proposal has less investment and is easy to carry out.
