The device comprises two flat boxlike objects which are overlaid together, and a plurality of cuplike objects, wherein walls of the cuplike objects are hollow walls; water inlet joints and water outlet joints are arranged on outer side faces of the cuplike objects; a water inlet joint and a water outlet joint of each cuplike object are communicated with the two flat boxlike objects respectively; and permanent magnets are arranged at the bottoms of the cuplike objects.
