Abstract

The invention relates to a bulb cooling device and a projector thereof. The bulb cooling device comprises a bulb and an air ducting module. The air ducting module can be movably arranged at the outer side of the bulb and is selectively positioned at a first position and a second position; the air ducting module comprises a first air ducting component, a second air ducting component and an air inlet formed between the first air ducting component and the second air ducting component; when the air ducting module is positioned in the first position, air flow flows into the air inlet from the first direction and is blown to the bulb from the first direction; when the air ducting module is positioned at the second position, the first air ducting part and the second air ducting part commonly lead the air flow blown to the bulb from a first direction to a second direction; and the second direction is different from the first direction. The invention can change the direction of the air flow blown to the bulb in a manner of adjusting the path of the air flow, so as to obtain better cooling effect.
