Embodiment 1

[0020] Embodiment 1 Insecticide main agent of the present invention is to the toxicity determination of cruciferous vegetables pest

[0021] The diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) was used as the experimental object, and the leaf drug film method was used for indoor toxicity determination.

[0022] Metarhizin and phoxim single agent and each agent were prepared to the required concentration according to the mass ratio of 6-1:4-9, 6 concentration gradients were set for each treatment, and 3 repetitions were set for each concentration. The metarhizine is any one of metarhizin A, metarhizin B or metarhizin E or a mixture of two or more in any proportion. Clean and non-pesticide-polluted pakchoi leaves were dipped in the medicinal solution for 5 seconds, then taken out and dried in the shade, put into a petri dish with a diameter of 9 cm and covered with filter paper, and then inserted into 15 third-instar larvae of diamondback moth. Placed in a breeding room for rearing. Th...

Embodiment 2

[0026] Example 2 Indoor toxicity determination of 50% metarhizalin and phoxim (mixing ratio 1:9) EC to Plutella xylostella

[0027] 50% metarhizalin and phoxim (mixing ratio 1: 9) emulsifiable concentrate is diluted with water to the concentration gradient to be measured, and other experimental methods are with embodiment 1, and the results are shown in Table 2, and the co-toxicity coefficient of described emulsifiable concentrate reaches 150.48, Has obvious synergistic effect.

Abstract

The invention discloses a pesticidal main agent and a pesticide by compounding destruxins of Metarrhizium anisopliae and phoxim. The main agent is a mixture of the destruxins of Metarrhizium anisopliae and the phoxim; and the mass ratio of the destruxins of Metarrhizium anisopliae to the phoxim is 6-1:4-9. The invention simultaneously provides a pesticide which comprises the pesticidal main agentand conventionally used assistant agents. The invention utilizes organophosphorus insecticide and acaricide with high efficiency, safety and broad spectrum, namely the phoxim, and entomopathogenic fungi with obvious disinsection effect, namely the destruxins of Metarrhizium anisopliae, for compounding, and determines the preferable compounding ratio of both through a large number of experiments to prepare the pesticide; and the pesticide has brand-new action mechanism different from the prior pesticides and obvious disinsection effect, particularly has obvious toxic action on main pests whichseverely harms brassicaceous vegetables, and has the characteristic of environmental protection at the same time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biopesticides, and relates to an insecticide main agent compounded with metarhizin and phoxim and an insecticide. Background technique [0002] At present, chemical pesticides are still the main means of application in agricultural production. Due to continuous, frequent and high-dose use, the resistance of pests to commonly used chemical pesticides is increasing, and the control effect is declining. [0003] Phoxim is an efficient, safe and broad-spectrum organophosphorus insecticide and acaricide. It has contact and stomach poisoning effects on pests, and has osmotic effect, but no systemic conduction effect. Phoxim has good control effects on foliar pests, underground pests, stored grain pests, internal and external livestock parasites and various sanitary pests. It has a remarkable control effect on the larvae of various Lepidoptera pests that endanger agricultural, forestry, and horticultural crops,...
