Abstract

The device judges whether a needed inner established data exists in the chip card to provide the needed serving according to the serving request instruction; if not, an instruction management module generates a simulated data to implement the serving requested by user according to the serving request instruction, the inner established data and a plurality of actuating codes in a serving database.
