The fuel distribution apparatus comprises: a storage pot (6); a distribution spray nozzle (1); a liquid fuel distribution pipeline (I) comprising a liquid pump (10) and a liquid measuring meter (8); and a fuel vapour recovery device characterized in that the device comprises an electronic control device which includes a vapour recovery pipeline (II), a flow meter (4), a proportional solenoid (3) and a vapour pump (5) are connected onto the vapour recovery pipeline, the electronic control device may set opening of the solenoid (3) such that volume ratio (A/L) of extracted/absorbed vapour volume and distributed liquid fuel volume is held at a preset value, and open loop automatic calibration of the vapour recovery device is executed.
