Abstract

The invention relates to a remote wireless meter reading system, which comprises a plurality of wireless meter reading terminals which form a star network with floor concentrators as centers, a plurality of floor concentrators form a tree network and upload data or parameters through a relay partially, a plurality of building concentrators form the tree network, wherein each building concentrator is taken as a root node of the tree network composed of a plurality of floor concentrators and uploads the data or the parameters through the relay partially, a district data terminal is taken as the root node of the tree network composed of a plurality of building concentrators and is communicated with the building concentrators without the relay directly, and the district data terminal is also communicated with a remote host machine through a wired network. The system takes meters used by each user of the district as basic applied objects, a multilayer radio transmission structure is adopted in the district range to receive data, the data is converged into the district data terminal, then, the wire network is utilized to report the data, and thereby the system has the advantages of flexibility, accuracy and reliability.
