The voice control chip is used for setting voice recognizing standards and control commands corresponding to the standard voice information and judging whether the common voice information entered by users reaches the voice recognizing standards; if the common voice information reaches the voice recognizing standards, the control chip controls the corresponding operation of the videography unit by sending out the corresponding control commands. The memory device is used for storing the standard voice information, the voice recognizing standards and the control commands. The invention further provides a using method of the videography device with voice control function.
