The method includes: mixing uniformly the embedded agents and additives, dissolving inwater, completely dissolving and mixing uniformly and then cooling to below 40 DEG C, mixing with the centrifuged effective microorganism concentrated bacterium liquor, stirring, and then adding intothe cross-linker to form the gel pellets.
