The method for terminal selection admission includes steps of obtaining all conference information which can be joined by the terminal or all conference information which can be subscribed by the terminal; selecting conference identification of conference needed to join or subscribe in the all conference information which can be joined or subscribed by the terminal; and initiating conference access call to the selected conference identification. The method solves problem that the terminal can not selectively join a conference, and increases free degree of admission for the terminal. The users can join different conferences on their own responsibility and can reasonably arrange the different conferences.
