The ostrich oil moisturizing and whitening cream comprises the following compositions in percentage by mass: 4 to 8 percent of ostrich oil, 5 to 10 percent of stearic acid, 4 to 8 percent of cetanol, 8 to 12 percent of glycerin, 1 to 4 percent of kojic acid, 4 to 6 percent of sodium pyrrolidone, 1 to 3 percent of peregal, 0.06 percent of paraben and the balance of deionized water.
