The method includes steps as follows: when the main control board runs normally, the backup board obtains a transmitting state of the route information in the main control board synchronously, and amends the route attribution in the backup board for recording the route information transmitting state; when the main control board occurs fault, the backup board becomes a new main control board, the new main control board is used for recording the route attribution of the route information transmitting state, and transmits non-transmitted route information by the prior main control board for avoiding repeating the route information.
