The valve is characterized in that the outer wall of the hydraulic oil channel is wound with an electrified coil, the cone valve is provided with a hydraulic oil pressure-supplementing channel and a pressure-releasing channel which are crossways staggered, and the valve body is provided with a pressure-supplementing inlet and a pressure-releasing outlet of hydraulic oil.
