The electric potential of a floating ground node is takenas a reference point of a transformer sampling circuit, the earth is taken as the other reference point, when the voltage between the two points changes, the three-phase circuit leaks with electricity, the transformer sampling circuit outputs a signal at the moment, then the electric leakage signal is amplified through the sampled quantized signal amplifying circuit, then amplified through the control signal amplifying circuit and finally drives the electromagnetic switch to work, and a power supply circuit is cut off, or the relay is driven to work to realize other affiliated functions.
