Problems solved by technology

[0004] Generally speaking, the analysis methods of mainstream smoke components in the prior art are highly targeted, and are all aimed at certain specific components. At present, there is no analysis method that can analyze the mainstream smoke captured by the Cambridge filter. most components of the gas

Embodiment 1

[0054] The cigarettes used in this embodiment are flue-cured cigarettes purchased on the Guangzhou market.

[0055] Disassemble 6 packs of cigarettes and place them in a constant temperature and humidity box (22±1°C, relative humidity 60±2%) for 48 hours to balance.

[0056] Using heptadecane as the internal standard, add 0.5g heptadecane per liter of reagent to prepare isopropanol and n-hexane extract containing 5‰ of the internal standard.

[0057] Using a linear smoking machine, in accordance with the GB / T19609-2004 conventional determination method, each channel smokes 5 cigarettes, and a Cambridge filter is used to collect the total smoke particles. After smoking the cigarette, remove the cigarette butt, cut it open and take out the filter. Each 4 adjacent channels of Cambridge filters and the corresponding 20 cigarette filters are grouped into a 250ml (ml) Erlenmeyer flask. Accurately transfer 100ml of the extract into the Erlenmeyer flask, cover the stopper, shake for 30min ...

Embodiment 2

[0075] Example 2 Selection test of extraction conditions

[0076] A straight smoking machine with 20 channels is used to smoke cigarettes, of which channels 1 and 2 are used to measure the combustion temperature inside the cigarette.

[0077] After the suction is completed, group the Cambridge filter discs into groups, put them in the conical flask, and accurately add different amounts of extraction solvents, shake for 30 minutes, the extract is concentrated to 2ml, and transferred to the sample bottle for GC-MS detection and analysis. The results showed that with 4 filters as a group, the most types of compounds were detected, and the relative content of main components was also higher. Therefore, in Example 1, it was determined that the Cambridge filter and the filter with the four channels of suction were shaken and extracted with 100 ml of extract, then concentrated, and then analyzed by GC-MS.

Embodiment 3

[0078] Example 3 Repeatability test

[0079] The reproducibility of experimental results is an important indicator for investigating experimental conditions and the basic guarantee for determining the stability of experimental methods. Repeatability refers to the precision of the results measured by an analyst under the same conditions (Liu Wenying. Drug Analysis [M]. People's Medical Publishing House, 81.). The method provided in Example 1 was used to determine the main components in the mainstream smoke of the same brand cigarettes in parallel three times, and the relative standard deviation (RSD%) of the component peak height or peak area was used as the inspection parameter. The results are shown in Table 2. It can be seen from Table 2 that, except for the phenol and p-cresol in the n-hexane extraction, the relative standard deviations of the peak heights or peak areas of the other substances are between 0.47% and 6.00%, indicating that the experimental method provided by the...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for analyzing the main stream smoke of a cigarette, which comprises the following steps of: a) smoking the cigarette with a filter tip, and collecting smoke total particulate matters by a filter disc; b) after finishing the smoking, putting the filter disc and the filter tip into an extraction liquid, and keeping the filter disc and the filter tip in the extraction liquid for more than 30 minutes, wherein the extraction liquid is isopropanol; c) concentrating the extraction liquid; d) performing gas phase chromatographic detection and mass spectrometric detection; and performing the steps from a) to d) again, wherein the extraction liquid used in the step b) is one of four non-polar solvents of n-hexane, cyclohexane, carbon dichloride or carbon tetrachloride. Compared with the prior art, the analysis method provided by the invention adopts the isopropanol and the n-hexane as the extraction liquids (extraction solvents), the isopropanol has a high extraction rate for compounds with medium polarities or strong memories, the n-hexane has a high extraction rate for low-pole or non-polar compounds, in particular for substances of benzene, homologues of the benzene, and the method can inspect most of the components of the main stream smoke trapped by a Cambridge filter disc.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for analyzing mainstream cigarette smoke, belonging to the field of tobacco analysis and testing. Background technique [0002] There are thousands of chemical components in smoke, and only about one-third of the compounds are derived from tobacco, and the rest are produced during the burning process of cigarettes. When cigarettes are smoked, there are two combustion methods: inhalation and flame-retardant, which accordingly produce mainstream smoke (MS) and measured flow smoke (SS). Mainstream smoke is drawn from the "mouth end" or "butt" end of the cigarette, and the smoke that escapes from the ignition end of the cigarette-the smoldering period between two puffs is flow smoke. It is difficult to capture flue gas from flow measurement. Usually, what people detect and analyze are compounds in mainstream flue gas. So far, the Cambridge filter is the best method for collecting and analyzing the total particulate matter and...
