The invention belongs to an environmental disaster monitoring and forecasting system which comprises a data acquisition and transmission system and a computer data forecasting and processing system, wherein the data acquisition and transmission system is connected with the computer data forecasting and processing system and is used for providing the aging data of a monitored object for the computer data forecasting and processing system; and the computer data forecasting and processing system is used for processing the aging data of the monitored object provided by the data acquisition and transmission system by using a creeping aging forecasting method, and outputting the processed result. The invention can accurately predict and forecast the occurrence time, scale and developing trend of landslides and earthquakes with sufficient accuracy, thereby basically achieving the purposes of prevention and reduction of disasters.
