Abstract

The invention relates to a portable electronic device and a rotating shaft module thereof. The rotating shaft module is used for being pivoted with a host machine and a display part of the portable electronic device and comprises a first rotating shaft element, a second rotating shaft element and an elastic element, wherein one end of the first rotating shaft element is fixed on the host machine; one end of the second rotating shaft element is sleeved with the other end of the first rotating shaft element, and the other end is fixed to the display part; the second rotating shaft element is provided with a guide groove; the elastic element is sleeved with the other end part of the first rotating shaft element and provided with a fixed part and an actuating part; the fixed part is fixed to the first rotating shaft element; the actuating part is positioned in the guide groove of the second rotating shaft element; and the guide groove is suitable for driving the actuating part to enable the elastic element to deform.
