The medium plate comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.12 percent of C, more than or equal to 0.15 percent and less than or equal to 0.45 percent of Si, more than or equal to 0.70 percent and less than or equal to 1.40 percent of Mn, more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.020 percent of P, more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.008 percent of S, more than or equal to 0.35 percent and less than or equal to 1.00 percent of Cr, more than or equal to 0.15 percent and less than or equal to 0.55 percent of Ni, more than or equal to 0.25 percent and less than or equal to 0.50 percent of Cu, more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.22 percent of Nb and V and Ti and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities.
