A hand dryer with advertising function is disclosed. The rear case is connected to the wall, the front case has an open front surface, and is coupled to the rear case to form a space for accommodating the module therein. The power module receives alternating current (AC) power and generates and provides heater power for operating the heater and direct current (DC) power for operating the module. The ventilation module generates hot dry air by heating the heater and operating the ventilation motor. Heater power and DC power are provided through the power module. The advertisement module provides a reflector function using a half mirror during normal times, and displays predetermined advertisement content when DC power is supplied from a power module in the hand dryer body and a light emitting diode (LED) light source is turned on.
