The invention discloses an electrical
system of a magnetic suspension
air compressor. The electrical
system comprises a three-phase power supply input module, an anti-
interference protection module, a high-
voltage power supply protection module, a low-
voltage dual-power supply module and a fault detection response module, the output end of the three-phase power supply input module is respectively connected with a
surge protector and an EMC filter in the anti-
interference protection module; the output of the EMC filter is connected with an input reactor, a protection
assembly and a phase failure protector in the high-
voltage power supply protection module, the input reactor is connected with a frequency converter, the frequency converter is connected with a magnetic suspension motor through an output reactor, and the protection
assembly is connected with a high-voltage auxiliary component; a direct-current
bus of the frequency converter is connected with the magnetic suspension bearing controller and the DCDC
switching power supply, the DCDC outputs two paths of low-voltage
electricity to the integral
control unit and the low-voltage execution part respectively, and the
signal ends of the phase failure protector and the protection
assembly are both connected with the integral
control unit. Therefore, the defects of electric design of the magnetic suspension
air compressor in anti-interference, fault protection and detection and power supply reliability are overcome, and the magnetic suspension
air compressor is suitable for industrial severe working conditions.
