The propiconazole ultra-low volume preparation is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 1-20 percent of propiconazole, 1-20 percent of petroleum distillate, 0.1-15 percent of surfactant, 45-90 percent of solvent, 0.05-5 percent of ultraviolet screener, 0.01-5 percent of light stabilizer and 1-20 percent of cosolvent. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: adding active ingredients, the solvent and the cosolvent together in a preparation kettle, heating to 15-60 DEG C to ensure that the active ingredients, the solvent and the cosolvent are completely dissolved while stirring, adding the surfactant, the propiconazole, the ultraviolet screener and the light stabilizer and continuously stirring until the mixture becomes a transparent and homogeneous liquid.
