Problems solved by technology

[0007] The size of the blade is about 2.5mm in diameter, and the size of the pin is 0.5mmφ, so they are both small and difficult to handle
Therefore, the installation work of the blade of the conventional manual gas cutting cutter has the disadvantage of requiring a lot of time.
In addition, the blade has various specifications corresponding to the type and thickness of the glass, the heating process, etc., but the blade size is difficult to identify because the blade is small
Therefore, there is a danger of installing a blade of a specification different from that specified for the manual torch cutter

Embodiment approach 1

[0091] Figure 5 It is a front view of the manual gas cutting cutter 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. Image 6 It is a side view of the manual gas cutting cutter 1. also, Figure 7 It is an enlarged view showing the lower part of the manual gas cutting cutter 1 . Such as Figure 5 As shown, the manual gas cutting cutter 1 is configured to include a blade holder 10 , a handle 20 , a coupler 22 , and a holder mounting portion 30 . The holder mounting portion 30 is a member that internally fixes and holds the blade holder 10 .

[0092] Such as Figure 5 as well as Image 6 As shown, a lubricating oil reservoir 21 for storing lubricating oil is formed inside the handle 20 . A coupler 22 is provided at the lower portion of the handle 20 . Such as Figure 7 As shown, a shaft core 23 is provided at the lower part of the handle 20 via a coupling 22 . The holder attachment portion 30 is a member that fixes and holds the blade holder 10 , and is a member t...

Embodiment approach 2

[0112] The blade holder 60A and the holder mounting portion 70A according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described. Figure 15 It is a perspective view of the blade holder 60A based on this Embodiment 2. Figure 16 It is a partially enlarged perspective view showing a state before inserting the blade holder 60A into the holder mounting portion 70A. Figure 17 It is a figure which shows the cross section of 60 A of blade holders and the holder attachment part 70A of this embodiment. in addition, Figure 17 The cross-section of the retainer mounting portion 70A in is a plane obtained by cutting between the two sides of the polygon with planes parallel to the two sides.

[0113] The blade holder 60A is formed of substantially cylindrical magnetic metal, and has an annular recess 62 formed along the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface. In addition, the blade holder 60A rotatably holds the same blade 14 as in the first embodiment, and has an op...

Embodiment approach 3

[0117] refer to Figure 18 The holder mounting portion 70B and the blade holder 60B according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described. Figure 18 It is a figure which shows the cross section of the holder attachment part 70B of this embodiment, and the blade holder 60B. in addition, Figure 18 The cross-section of the retainer mounting portion 70B in is a plane obtained by cutting between the two sides of the polygon with planes parallel to the two sides.

[0118] The retainer mounting portion 70B of the present embodiment has the same configuration as the second embodiment, but has a magnet 36B on the upper portion of the holding hole 72B and does not have the elastic member 73 in the holding hole 72B.

[0119] The blade holder 60B is formed of substantially cylindrical magnetic metal, holds the same blade 14 as in Embodiment 1 at its lower end, and has a through hole on its side. The operation rod 61B is inserted into the through hole, but one end of th...

Abstract

Provided is a hand cutter comprising a holder fitting unit (30) having a fitting hole portion (35). A tip holder (10) for the column-shaped hand cutter includes a tip (14) rotatably fitted at its one end, and a fitting portion (16) formed by notching the other end. The holder fitting unit (30) is caused to fix the tip holder (10) in the fitting hole portion (35) by abutting and pushing a fixing screw (38) onto the fitting portion (16). As a result, the complicatedness of the tip fitting and replacing works can be eliminated to make the tip proper without any error.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a tip holder of a manual gas cutting cutter for forming a score line on a brittle material substrate and a manual gas cutting cutter having the same. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, there has been a manual torch cutter as a hand tool used when manually marking lines of a desired size on a brittle material plate (hereinafter referred to as a substrate). In the conventional manual gas cutting cutter, the blade is attached to the tip portion of the manual gas cutting cutter via a blade holder. Figure 1 ~ Figure 4 It is a figure which shows the conventional manual gas cutting cutter. figure 1 is the main view, figure 2 is the side view, image 3 It is a perspective view looking at the lower part from the oblique side, Figure 4 It is an enlarged figure of the lower part. [0003] Such as figure 1 As shown, a manual gas cutting cutter 101 is configured to include a handle 102 , a blade holder 103 , and...
