The network content pushing device receives the access requesting information of the mobile storage equipment through a receiving module, verifies the mobile storage equipment through a judging module and cancels the limited settings of the mobile storage equipment by utilizing an operating module, so that the network server interacts with the mobile storage equipment to acquire relatively more accurate information about the mobile storage equipment and a user, which makes simpler and more convenient the pushing of the network contents, improves network content pushing efficiency and avoids the waste of network resources.
