The invention relates to the technical field of separation and extraction of natural products, in particular to a method for supercritical separation and extraction of
astaxanthin, which comprises the following steps: (1) weighing
raw material components in parts by weight; (2) mixing a
biomass raw material rich in
astaxanthin with the functionalized deep-eutectic
solvent, and performing
physical field enhanced extraction to obtain an extracting solution; (3) filtering the extracting solution through a
vibrating membrane, and purifying to obtain a trapped fluid containing
astaxanthin; and (4) carrying out supercritical CO2 back extraction on the trapped fluid, separating to obtain an astaxanthin product, and recovering the functional eutectic
solvent. According to the method, continuous membrane separation and purification under the eutectic
solvent system are realized, the purity of astaxanthin and the proportion of all-trans astaxanthin are maintained while the extraction rate of astaxanthin is increased, the solvent can be recycled after being recovered, and the production cost and waste liquid
discharge are greatly reduced. All the raw materials are nontoxic and harmless, no
organic solvent is used in the technological process, and good application prospects are achieved.
