Abstract

The invention relates to a method for evaluating reactive power adequacy based on the heuristic energy function. Aiming at the defect that evaluation of reactive power adequacy in the prior art is not global and is low in precision, the invention discloses a method for evaluating reactive power adequacy of a power system based on the heuristic energy function, which is used for evaluating reactive power adequacy limit of the power system in the system global angle of view in a highly precise and rapidly fast manner. The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the method comprises the following steps: a. introducing critical voltage of each node in an optimized multiplier measuring system; b. establishing a heuristic energy function model of the system and computing the critical energy of each node in the system; c. computing the global critical energy of the system; and d. obtaining the reactive power adequacy limit of the load nodes according to the critical energy of each load node. The method is mainly used for evaluating the reactive power adequacy of the power system and provides basis for reactive power compensation of the system.
