Silk worm pupae are subjected to proteolysis and product of the proteolysis is purified to produce amino acid and the same amount of amino acid is mixed; bacillus fermentation liquor is obtained by fermentation; the bagasse, korean pine bark, boromagnesite, kaolin, shrimp and crab shells and animal waste internal organs are ground to form 38 to 50 micrometer powder respectively, the auxiliary materials are mixed in a ratio, the bacillus fermentation liquor is mixed with a powder mixture uniformly and the resulting mixture is dried at 40 to 50 DEGC; and the silk worm pupa amino acid is added in a weight ratio, and the mixture is mixed uniformly.
