The invention discloses a granulating device provided with a screening recovery device. The granulating device comprises a microcomputer controller 1, a mixing device 2, a granulating device 3, a screening recovery device 4 and a disinfecting device 5, wherein the mixing device 2, the granulating device 3 and the screening recovery device 4 are connected with the microcomputer controller 1 and are connected with one another in turn; the disinfecting device 5 is connected with the granulating device 3. The upper part of the screening recovery device 4 is provided with a screening device 41, and the lower part is provided with a waste chamber 42 and a recyclable material chamber 43. The upper surface of the screening device 41 is provided with an inlet of crushed aggregates generated by the granulating device 3. A transfer passage is formed between the recyclable material chamber 43 and a feed inlet of the mixing device 2. The disinfecting device 5 can set a disinfecting mode according to a panel of the microcomputer controller 1. The invention also discloses a granulating process, which comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing, (2) granulating, (3) recovering, and (4) disinfecting. The granulating device provided with the screening recovery device can well recycle the crushed aggregates generated in the granulating process by using the screening recovery device so as to save resources.
