Abstract

The bovine capsular serotype A Pasteurella mutocida is separated from disease samples with haemorrhagic septicomia of cattle in six provinces (cities) with the microbial preservation number of CGMCC No.3619. The bovine capsular serotype A Pasteurella mutocida is cultured by BHI, oil adjuvant is adopted to prepare inactivated immunogen, and a mouse model proves that the bovine capsular serotype A Pasteurella mutocida has complete protecting function on serotype A Pm velogenic attck, and does not have crossing protection with serotype B Pm.
