The method comprises the steps of: presetting a dispersion compensation value or a dispersion compensation list of a protective path of a coherent receiving system; and configuring a dispersion compensation parameter required for regulating the dispersion of the protective path according to the preset dispersion compensation value or the dispersion compensation list when the dispersion of the protective path is needed to be regulated. The dispersion compensation method of the electric domain and the filter parameter regulator, which are provided by the invention, realize quick protection switching.
