The invention discloses an LED white light illuminating bulb which comprises a bearing substrate, a plurality of red light LED packaging elements, a plurality of green light LED packaging elements, a plurality of blue light LED packaging elements, a shield-type light housing and a conductive element, wherein the red light LED packaging elements, the green light LED packaging elements and the blue light LED packaging elements are arranged on the bearing substrate, and each red light LED packaging element, each green light LED packaging element and each blue light LED packaging element are respectively provided with a red light emitting LED wafer, a green light emitting LED wafer and a blue light emitting LED wafer, a covering body which respectively covers the red light LED wafer, the green light LED wafer and the blue light LED wafer and a plurality of diffusion particles distributed in the covering body; the shield-type light housing is connected to the periphery of the bearing substrate so as to close the non-emitting directions of the red light LED packaging elements, the green light LED packaging elements and the blue light LED packaging elements; and the conductive element is connected to the shield-type light housing, electrically connected with the bearing substrate and used for switching an external power supply onto the red, the green and the blue light LED wafers.
