Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: generating a static instrument configuration file, wherein the static instrument configuration file is saved in the format of an XML file, takes a device as a root node and comprises basic information of instrument configuration,nodes and child node information of all pins, nodes and child node information of commands and nodes and child node information of states; and configuring the pins, commands and states of a tested instrument according to the static instrument configuration file. The commands and the states used during the instrument test are connected to the static configuration of the tested instrument through avirtual pin concept and the communication protocol used by the tested instrument, the parameter of the communication protocol and the connection between the pin of the tested instrument and a board card are configured.
