Abstract
The invention discloses a fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) kit for quickly detecting herpes simplex viruses (HSV) 2, which relates to technology for detecting pathogen genes causing a plurality of human diseases and is applied to the qualitative and quantitative detection of the herpes simplex viruses 2. The fluorescence quantitative PCR kit consists of DNA extracting solution, fluorescence quantitative PCR solution, an HSV2 standard positive temperature PMD18-T-HSV2 and a negative control standard, wherein the fluorescence quantitative PCR solution contains a herpes simplex virus 2-specific primer pair and a fluorescence probe. The fluorescence quantitative PCT kit ensures accurate quantization, high detection speed, high specificity and high sensitivity, and can highly-repeatedly and quickly qualitatively and quantitatively identify, distinguish and detect the herpes simplex viruses 2 by simple steps and replace conventional culture methods which are continuously used for long.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a gene detection technology for pathogens causing various human diseases, in particular to a rapid detection herpes simplex virus type II fluorescent quantitative PCR kit, which is suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection of herpes simplex virus type II. Background technique [0002] Herpes simplex virus (HSV) is a common pathogen that seriously endangers human health and causes various human diseases. HSV has two subtypes, HSV2 and HSV2. The nucleotide homology of the two subtypes reaches 50%, but the infection mode and clinical manifestations are different. [0003] HSV2 is mainly infected through sexual contact, often latent in the sacral nerve root area, can cause genital herpes and neonatal herpes, and is related to the occurrence of female vulvar and cervical cancer; genital herpes caused by HSV2 is prone to recurrence, and its recurrence rate is higher than that of HSV1 5-15 times higher, it is one of the mai...
