The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) weighing tangerine leaves, salvia miltiorrhiza, spina gleditsiae, seed of cowherb, toosendan fruit and earthworm; (2) decocting the tangerine leaves, salvia miltiorrhiza, spina gleditsiaeand toosendan fruit in water, mixing decoction, filtering the decoction and concentrating filtrate; (3) carrying out reflux extracting on the earthworm and the seed of cowherb with ethanol, filteringand mixing the filtrate; (4) adding the filtrate obtained in the step (3) to the concentrated filtrate obtained in the step (2), adjusting the ethanol amount to be 70 percent, standing the filtrate, recovering ethanol from the filtrate, concentrating to thick paste with the relative concentration of 1.25 (at 50 DEG C); and (5) reducing the pressure of thick paste obtained in the step (4), drying and crushing, mixing with a suitable amount of dispersed media and pressing into soft capsules.
