Abstract

The invention discloses a mucosal immunization composite adjuvant relating to an oral inactivated vaccine and belonging to the technical field of biology. The composite adjuvant is specially used for the application of the oral inactivated vaccine. The formula of the composite adjuvant comprises 20-50mug of CpG DNA (dinucleotide), 2-5mg of Astragalus mongholicus polysaccharide and 70-100mg of glucose. The composite mucosal immunization adjuvant can effectively improve the mucosal local immunization and the general humoral immunity. Meanwhile, the composite adjuvant is matched with a bird flu inactivated antigen, and therefore, an animal organism can be stimulated to generate effective general immune response level, the duck stress reaction caused by intramuscular injection is avoided and the duck quality is also ensured through drinking water immunization.
