The device comprises a cover, a non-woven fabric layer, a KFD55 copper-zinc alloy layer, a silver-infiltrated activated carbon layer and an ozone generating device, wherein the non-woven fabric layer, the KFD55 copper-zinc alloy layer, the silver-infiltrated activated carbon layer and the ozone generating device are arranged at different positions of a cup-shaped container from the top to the bottom in turn.
