The skirtboard structure of the underframe equipment cabin comprises three layers of aluminum plates,wherein two side ends of the two layers of aluminum plates on the upper part are respectively welded with a U-shaped aluminum section; the three layers of aluminum plates are sequentially welded according to the overlapping sequence; and the widths of the three layers of aluminum plates are different, but the longitudinal lengths of the two layers of aluminum plates are the same. Because the skirtboard adopts the trapezoidal welding structure formed by overlapping the three layers of aluminum plates, materials are saved and the space occupied by the whole machined skirtboard is also saved.
